Q: How is verification done?
A: Normally client would contact the provider and supply some kind of reference for provider to check. Provider would check that reference and most likely would ask few more questions and, if satisfied, will agree to meet. Obviously, this will take some time and it is somewhat of the hassle for the first-timers especially.

Q: What do you do for me?
A: We do the “pre-screening”. We are making client’s and provider’s life easier by verifying client’s references. Once we successfully verify the client we issue the Customer ID. Providers can check whether or not we screened that client by that Customer ID. We also send the VIP card to the client. This card has his/her Customer ID and also could be used in many Adult Entertainment Places to receive discounts.

Q: Why do I need it if I still have to be screened?
A: It really depends on the provider. Yes, some will screen clients no matter what. But in general, if the client has our Customer ID, the screening process is shortened to logging in to our website and entering this ID into the verification box. Our pre-screening process also helps to keep client’s personal information more secure since it’s shared with less people. Basically, client gets the biggest name in this business on his/her side. Oh, did we mention the discounts at strip clubs, adult toys and video stores?

Q: How do I get one of those cards?
A: We thought you never ask! To get your card you need to register as a client, then upgrade your account to VIP ($19.95/m) and then fill out the verification form (Click "Verfiy Me" on your client's menu). There will be one time verification fee of $14.95 and to stay in our verified database we will tag $4.99/m on top of your VIP membership fee. The creation, shipping and handling of you personal VIP card is included. Of course, you may cancel anytime you want without any hassle.

Q: I don’t get the price structure. Please explain.
A: There are 2 different services that we offer. Number 1 is the VIP membership. Number 2 is the client verification. The VIP membership is $19.95 a month or $47.97 every 3 months. The client verification is $4.99 a month and it’s added to your VIP membership. So if you have both services it’ll be $24.94 a month or $62.94 every 3 months (that’s $47.97 + $4.99 x 3). You cannot have the verification service by itself. That’s why we require you to first upgrade to VIP. There is also the one-time verification fee of $14.95 – this is to cover our expense of investigating your account and creation, shipping of your VIP verified card.
Example: If you just signed up you would pay $19.95 (assuming you choose monthly payments) for the first month of your VIP membership. After you fill out the verification form and pay $14.95 one-time verification fee. After we verify you and the next month payment you would pay $24.94.

Q: Why do I need to be VIP to get verified?
A: The VIP membership is very specific to our website. Since the inception of our website we have few thousand clients upgrading to VIP and only a hand full canceling. The VIP membership provides an outstanding possibility for clients to be found by providers. Yes, that’s right, instead of clients searching for providers; providers search for clients. And guess who comes up first - of course the VIP clients. They are the true royalty of our website, they are the ones who choose and pick of which providers they want to see. For twenty bucks a month it is a great deal.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes. Safety, security and privacy are our outmost priorities. We are dead serious about our security and client’s safety. Once client is verified, all of his/her personal information is deleted. We do not and will not ever share client’s information with anybody. We are not affiliated with any other websites or any other commercial or government organizations. Our company is located outside of USA and will not be forced to disclose any information even if ordered by US court. We are in business because people trust us and we intend on keeping it this way!

Q: Is it discreet?
A: Yes. We know what we are doing. Additionally, when clients apply they could specify any other details we would need to stay even more discreet.

Q: What is AVS Verification?
A: For additional security we do the shipping address verification. On the VIP card that we send to the client there is an AVS Code.

Once client gets our card he/she comes back to our site, logs in and enters this code to verify that in fact he/she received the card. This signifies that client does have access to this address. Some providers will only consider clients who have been AVS verified.

Q: How long does it take?
A: The verification is usually done within few business days. Client is the one who sets when he/she wants us to call. Once the verification is complete we create and send out the VIP card within 1 business day. Card delivery takes 1-10 days – it’s send via standard envelope. The envelope is discreet – there are no names printed on it that would indicate that it came from us.

Q: How do I check if client was verified or not?
A: Go to www.sipsap.com and click “Client Verifier” on the top menu. Enter the Customer ID in the box and click “Check Database”. It’ll say either is verified or that it doesn’t match our records. If the client was verified, but doesn’t have a current account, it’ll stay record not found. If client is verified, it will also display whether or not client been AVS verified. Q: What stops me from just entering any random number?
A: The Customer ID number is unique and is actually more secure than the credit card number – it’s impossible to guess it. Our site will give you only few attempts to try it and then after certain number of unsuccessful attempts will temporarily block you.
