If you signup and upgraded your account using Magellano Membership Card, you may cancel your recurring subscription on the website where you've purchased this card. Also, if you purchased it using Paypal, you may also login to your Paypal account and cancel subscription there. If you cancel your subscrption, your account will remain VIP/Featured until the time you've paid through, after it will automatically change to free.
If you signup using Standard Magellano Card (non-recurring), you don not need to cancel anything. Your account will remain VIP/Featured until the time you've paid through and after it will automatically change to free. If you want to completely remove your account; even though it is VIP/Featured; please contact customer service. Note that unredeemed upgraded time will not be refunded.
