I can't login. What should I do?
If you can't login, it would most likely be the settings on your browser. You need to make sure that you browser accepts cookies. We recommend using Firefox version 3 and higher or the Internet Explorer version 7 and higher.
Instruction how to setup your browser:
Firefox:
- go "Tools" > "Options" > "Privacy" and check the checkbox "Accept Cookies from sites" and click "Ok"
Internet Explorer:
- on the top menu: Tools > Internet Options - then click on "Security" and "Privacy" tabs and make sure that both are set to "Default" level
If after you've changed your settings and you still cannot login, it maybe possible that you have some kind of program installed on your computer that prevents your browser from setting up cookies. For example, this could be the "No Script" plug in for Firefox or the Semantic Anti-virus. In this case you would need to change these programs in the way that they would allow your browser to setup the cookies for our website. There is no universal instructions on how to do this because there are so many different programs…
In case all fails you may try installing the different browser. If you have not yet tried Firefox, we highly recommend it. Download it here. Our website is tested on Firefox and it is guaranteed to work.
